Mountain Meadows

A great Sunday afternoon ride and history lesson

I've always been very interested in the Mountain Meadow Massacre. Especially after reading my favorite book ever, The Red Stained Sea of Grass.

I was excited to go to the site and see it for real. It was nothing what I pictured it to be.

(The visit to the memorial left Brecken with questions about what happened for two days afterward.)
