Is it EVER Going to Warm Up?

Okay...today is sooooo cold. I thought at first when I saw it raining that it would still be warm enough to send Brecken to school in capris and I could wear a short sleeve shirt. I was wrong! The boys and I ran over to town after we dropped Brecken off and I didn't even do a couple of the things I needed to because I didn't want to have to get them out of the car. My car got so nice and warm on the way home I just decided to drive around and drop off invites to my Layers party. I hated getting out to deliver them, but it sure felt good while I was driving around. I think my kids are getting anxious for nicer weather too. I looked out the front window a couple of days ago and this is how I found Brigham...

He was laying out on the porch in the sun. It had even rained the night before.

Bridger is 5 months old today.

I can't believe it! Here he is. (I've been taking his picture with the same little stuffed animal every month so we could see how big he got in between.)

He weighed 18.12 and was 26 inches long at his appointment Friday. He had his immunizations and we had one miserable weekend and a trip into the hospital because his feet, arms and mouth were blue. They said his temperature was high enough that sometimes that happens. Whatever it was it wasn't fun. (Brigham had strep throat too...fun weekend.)
