Offer Update
Well...we've negotiated back and forth for about 27 hrs and now...OUR HOUSE IS SOLD. It's kind of bittersweet because we've made this house what it is. We've been here since Brecken was 4 months. The boys don't know anything different. I love my little house, but that's what it is...little. We've outgrown it. The couple who are buying are a very cute, nice little pair with a baby daughter. I hope they will get to enjoy it as much as we have.

I am so excited for you! I am sure the couple that is buying that house will love it too. I know you have put a lot of love in to fixing that house up so it is really nice. I know it is hard- believe it or not it was kind of hard for us when we sold the condo and there were times (before we moved in to our house and after- like when we had no grass or fence) that we really missed it too. It was our beginning- kind of like how your house was your beginning- with Brecken. Hang in there you will love your new house too! :)
Moving is kind of scary, but as much as you loved your old house...I bet you will love your new house even more and make many new memories there. Where are you thinking about moving, do you already have another house in mind? When do you have to be out of your current house?
*your extra Britany ticket has me interested....is it just a big group of your friends going? or is it your ticket?

Congrats! I can imagine how you feel. Sad to leave your home with all those memories but happy to move on and not be in "limbo" anymore. Your new life can start. Have you found a new house yet? Lousy sellers market but FANTASTIC buyers market-have fun, it's exciting!
