April Update?!

Easter: Cold, snowy and wet! We had the town egg hunt in the HS...
And our Friends Easter Party/Egg Hunt/Dinner
(even though the snow had melted)
inside the church.all of us...the Barneys, the Nielsons, the Hallows, the Chappells, the Mathies, the Anderson and the Dastrups and my little cousin Andy, had a great time!!

We got our eggs colored at about 9:00 Saturday night...and we still haven't taken our Easter sunday pics! (I've been waiting for flowers to bloom!)
Britain turned 4 months! So hard to believe that much time has passed since she's been born. We we went to Provo on the 26th for her appointment and she was just over 11 lbs! Yay!!!
Now that she's getting enough food she is always so happy! All you have to do is talk to her and she'll give you her best smile!Brigham's Dance Recital
Brigham's dance finally ended. Since January, either my mom or I has had to sit in class with him to keep him from having a major meltdown. It was real tiresome. Here is his Hip-Hop dance. You'd never know how he acted in class by the way he dances here! Ugh...that kid!

Animal Additions
My brother-in-laws goat had twins. They are sooo stinkin' cute! They have been a lot of fun to watch play. Here are the boys with my parents cows. They are very friendly...
Brigham is sporting his true cow-lick!
Bridger wasn't so sure! And we had to take a picture of him trying to get out before we could help him!
Roller Skating
For FHE the kids had been dying to go to the roller skating rink in Elsinore. We went and tried it...tried being the key word!
Preschool Graduation
I had my preschool graduation (and I decided to let Brig graduate with his class....) I wish I had made a bigger deal out of it for him but at that time I thought he would have a graduation with his other little preschool...he didn't, so I feel bad that I didn't do very much.

April was a very busy month, with wrapping things like dance and preschool up and all the unexpected things too, like emergency trips to Salt Lake to be with my sister through her trials and testimony builders. It was a month to take great care in nutrition and exercise and to also fall real hard off that same wagon. It was the month I finally received a calling in our ward...Achievement Day leader. I'm so excited for this calling and think it will be a lot of fun. Fortunately, Brecken and some of the other girls I know are excited too. In April, I spent 18 hours mother helping in Brecken's 2nd grade class and think the growth from the start of the year is unbelievable! The time has flown by and by the way things are going, its going to stay that way!
