Easter Fun
If you can't tell I don't have a whole lot to do right now. We're waiting for the Easter Bunny to come, but we have a little boy who doesn't think he should go to bed. We've done a few fun things the last couple of days. We went to Monroe City's egg hunt Thursday morning and then we went to the Indian museum this morning, but it was really disappointing. Last year it was so much fun and Brigham was a Razor scooter at it and today he didn't even get an egg! In his age division they had it all divided into little baskets and there wasnt' anywhere near enough. I was outside with Brecken and if I had known he didn't get any I would've had her pick up some for him. There was an 2 egg limit and we saw two more after she'd gotten hers. There was a million people there and it's so early in the morning to go clear out there. Oh, well. The kids didn't mind and they're just excited to go to their Great-Grandma Bradshaw's tomarrow to hunt for their personalized eggs.
Tonight we dyed our eggs. It's always such a process! Between Brigham and I, I think we dropped and cracked at least 4 eggs! I swear that hasn't happen before! Brigham thought all of his eggs should be yellow and actually re-dyed some that were already done. Sometimes that boy...!
McKade wasn't going to dye eggs "He was too old..." Those were his words, but once he decided to dye a few he wanted to do more. He was pretty proud of his Mountain Dew egg! And Bridger was pretty excited about his eggs too (as you can tell in this picture. It was time to go home!)
We hope you all have a very Happy Easter!!!
